1. Terms.

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (“the Agreement”).

- to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

3. Copyright and database rights.

All content and compilation of such content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the property of Copenhagen Delights or its content suppliers and is protected by International copyright and database right laws.

You may not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g. our prices and product listings) parts of this Website.

4. Your Order.

All orders are subject to the terms applying at the time the order is made.

Once you have made your order, we will acknowledge your order and confirm availability. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract, will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.

Certain orders or promotions have very specific terms and conditions, which will be shown on the description of the relevant goods. These are in addition to those terms, which will also still apply.

5. Product Availability and Website Accuracy.

We hold stock of most of our products but all orders are subject to availability and accordingly, we can only deliver your goods whilst stocks last.

If the goods are unavailable, we will indicate this on the Website or when you place your order. If the goods become unavailable after you have placed your order we will contact you by e-mail or telephone and you will have the option to either wait until the goods are available, replace them with alternative goods or cancel your order. 

Images of products on this Website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary from the image shown on the web-site and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless expressly stated in the specification of the goods. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this Website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on this web-site are approximate.

6. Delivery.

We aim to deliver within 4 to 6 working days following confirmation of your order, but during busy periods it may take a little longer.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify.

On the day of shipment, you will receive an e-mail from us with estimated date of delivery of your purchased items. In the e-mail, we will enclose a unique tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your parcel.

If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder from the courier company. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us.

7. Payment.

The price you will pay will be the current price at the time you place your order with us. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

Prices in the catalogues are excluding import duty to your country and V.A.T. The customer will pay duty and V.A.T. (if any) to the courier company upon delivery.

Invoice value in local currency will be converted to US$ before debiting your credit card.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. An International transaction fee might be charged by your bank.
