Return Policy.

At Copenhagen Delights you are entitled to return goods for refund or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Please read the below instructions, complete the Return Form and enclose with the returned goods.

Reason for returning goods.

a. Faulty goods / packing mistake.

Please select the reason on the return form, and in case of faulty goods please advise if you want an exchange or refund. We will ship a new article to you free of charge.

b. Regret purchase.

In case you want to return the goods because you have changed your mind, please state this reason in the return form. Cost of returning goods will not be refunded. Cost of shipping the original order to you will be deducted your refund.

Returning of goods.

a. Home Shopping.

In case you have placed your order at a Home Shopping event, please return the article(s) by national post to the Ambassador in charge of the event.

b. Mail Order.

In case you have placed your order through Mail Order, please return the article(s) by national post to the Ambassador receiving your order.

c. Online shop.

In case you have placed your order through our online shop, goods can only be returned by our nominated forwarder. A return shipping fee of USD 10 will be deducted from the value of the returned merchandize. Please contact our Customer Service to arrange pick up. Returned goods must be shipped to:

Condition of returned goods.

Returned goods must be new (never used/worn or washed) and delivered in its original packaging (with hangtags, etc.). All goods will be inspected upon return. Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Refund.

Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. Upon receipt of your return, please allow between 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your card issuer or your bank.
